Desire is one of the primary motivators for human behaviour. Though it’s a powerful force within almost everyone, the desire of another can appear unintelligible to us. Desire can therefore aid or disrupt communication, move us or agitate us, make us grow closer or force us further apart. The films in this session set out to trace the ways in which desire defines who we are, and how we relate to others.
On Friday 3 September, David Pinheiro Vicente (O cordeiro de Deus) will join us for a Q&A.
