While in today’s world, where everything may seem like a choice, the individuals who are related to us through blood cannot be chosen. Our shared experiences often result in dysfunctional attachments, severely violated behaviours, and occasionally relationships that are harmful. These four cinematic viewpoints go deep into our childhood homes, investigating how we once saw those people, our words, and our traumas. And maybe, if we are lucky, we can pick our “home”, just as we pick our friends, and our chosen family.
