Director Biography

Rafael Manuel, born 1990 in Manila, is a Filipino writer, director, producer, and editor. His latest short film, ‘Filipiñana’, won the Silver Bear Short Film Jury Prize at the 70th Berlinale International Film Festival. He will develop his debut feature length film at the Cannes Cinèfondation La Residence.
